Medstrom is hiring a Trainee Service Technician to operate from the Haydock service centre and cover customers across the Northwest. The role involves safe delivery, installation, and maintenance of medical products, with a clear training path and progression opportunities within the company’s Employee Ownership Trust.
Initial duties include delivering to sites, collecting after use, performing basic safety tests, and keeping accurate records while maintaining stock and assisting with staff

We are looking for a dedicated Trainee Service Technician to work from our Haydock service centre and cover our customers around the Northwest.
As a Trainee Service Technician, you will ensure an effective and timely delivery and maintenance service to our customers. After training, this will include the delivery and set-up of products for patients, within agreed delivery times, repair and proactive maintenance of products and support at the delivery stage to customers in various clinical environments. This role follows our Career Pathway, with clearly defined training, experience, and knowledge to enable you to progress your career with Medstrom.
Main responsibilities of the role:
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm. You will work 1 in 3 weekends, with the following Thursday and Friday off.
