Job summary

Sytner Group’s Mercedes-Benz of Teesside is seeking a motivated Trainee Service Advisor. You will handle inbound and outbound booking calls, schedule customer bookings, and support service advisors to ensure a smooth customer journey.

You’ll learn through our in-house Learning & Development team and manufacturer training from Mercedes Benz, developing strong organisational skills and a customer-focused approach as you liaise with technicians to monitor progress and advise on our products.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn with full training provided.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Customer-focused approach plus experience in busy or call-handling environments preferred.
• Experience with Kerridge is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound booking calls and scheduling of customer bookings.
• Support Service Advisors to deliver outstanding customer care and communicate with workshops.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle service progress and liaise with technicians.
• Provide clear, confident advice on products and services.
