Job Description

We have an Automotive Service Advisor (potentially trainee) role available in the Reading area to join a very successful independent garage.

They are a family-operated business that prides itself on being different and providing the best welfare for their staff. If you have experience in the Motor Trade OR are heavily involved in cars outside of it, and are looking for a change of direction, read on.

Requirements for this Service Advisor role

1. Enthusiasm for the motor trade, with experience in a customer-focused role, though not necessarily as a Service Advisor.
2. A valid driving license to move cars around when needed.
3. Ability to focus on achieving the best results for the customer.

Benefits of this Service Advisor role

• Salary up to £30,000 for highly experienced candidates; up to £25,000 for 1-2 years of experience; negotiable otherwise, with potential for salary growth.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, with 1 in 2 Saturdays.
