What You Will Do

TRAINEE Service Advisor (CSR)

Renault Truck Commercials

Mon - Fri, 45 hours + alternate Saturday mornings

Salary: up to £30,000 (£12.81/hr) DOE + overtime and benefits

Overview

Based at our South West Bristol Dealership, you should have some experience in front-of-house roles within the vehicle industry and face-to-face customer service. You will be the first contact for customers, trained to identify service and parts needs, and assist in preparing depot actions to meet customer requirements.

Training Will Cover
  • Greeting customers courteously, interpreting requirements, and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Understanding Work In Progress (WIP) reports to expedite workshop instructions.
  • Informing customers of completion times, payment options, and additional work, gaining necessary authorizations.
  • Managing workshop bookings for inspections, servicing, and repairs.
  • Carrying out invoicing and administrative tasks efficiently post-training.
Key Skills / Competencies
  • Strong computer skills to learn and operate our systems.
  • Understanding relevant Service Department systems, including updates and developments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
