What you will do

TRAINEE Service Advisor (CSR)
Renault Truck Commercials
Mon - Fri 45 hours + alternate Saturday mornings
up to £30,000 (£12.81) DOE + overtime and benefits

Overview:
Working for our prestigious South West Bristol Dealership, you will preferably have some experience in front of house within the vehicle industry and face-to-face customer service. This role is the first line contact for our customers, and you will be trained to identify service and parts requirements, assisting in preparing the necessary depot actions to meet those customer needs.

Training will cover:

  • Greeting customers courteously, interpreting their requirements, and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Understanding Work In Progress (WIP) reports to clear Workshop instructions promptly.
  • Informing customers of completion times, payment methods, and any additional work required, obtaining necessary approval.
  • Assisting in managing and scheduling customer vehicle workshop bookings for inspections, servicing, and repairs.
  • Carrying out invoicing and administrative tasks efficiently once trained.
  • Developing excellent computer skills to work on our systems.
  • Understanding relevant systems related to the Service Department, including updates and developments.
  • Maintaining good written and oral communication skills.
  • Overtime at x 1.5 for hours beyond basic weekly hours and Saturday mornings.
  • 25 days of annual leave, increasing with service length.
