DC Personnel are recruiting a Trainee Sander for the LE16 area of Leicestershire, based in Market Harborough. This is a full-time, ongoing role with full training provided.

You will prepare and sand timber components, use hand sanding tools and sanding machinery, and ensure a smooth finish to a high standard.

A reliable, detail‑minded candidate who works well both independently and in a team will fit in, with good timekeeping and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Sanding wooden components and timber products.
• Preparing surfaces ready for finishing.
• Using hand sanding equipment and sanding machinery.

• Carrying out basic finishing and preparation work.
• Working from instructions and production requirements.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
