Position: TraineeSales Negotiator
Package: £22k - £25k Basic, £3k car allowance and £50k - £70K DOE

Our client is a highly successful double digit independent multi branch estate agent who is looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join one of their prime highstreet branches in Hyde Park

This role offers an excellent opportunity for any Trainee Sales Negotiator looking to further grow and develop their career within a highly reputable and successful Estate Agency in the heart of London.

Duties and responsibilities

The Trainee Sales Negotiator will carry out the following duties

• Registering applicants
• Matching properties to applicants needs
• Negotiating and closing deals (assistance from Managers initially)
• Listing Properties

Candidate Specification

The Trainee Sales Negotiator must meet the following criteria

• Have some previous experience in an estate agency environment
• Live within a maximum of a 45 minute commute to Dartmouth Park
• Have a full UK drivers licence and own car
