haart Estate Agents in Westcliff is seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator. You will join a fast-paced, high-reward environment with uncapped commission and industry-leading training from day one.

Starting with a one-week training block at our Learning Centre, you will learn to market properties, arrange viewings, negotiate offers and generate leads, with a clear progression path including promotions within the first year.

As a Sales Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Westcliff, you will receive:

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
