haart Estate Agents in Dereham is seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator. You will market properties, arrange viewings, and negotiate offers while developing client relationships within a fast-paced, high-reward environment.

Uncapped commission and industry-leading training accompany full-time hours, with clear progression from day one. One-week initial training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre includes fully paid hotel stay in Colchester, meals, and day-to-day learning from industry

As a Sales Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Dereham, you will receive:

• £28000 - £30,000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
