haart Estate Agents in Basildon is seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator to drive property sales with energy and strong interpersonal skills. You will benefit from full training, uncapped commission, and a clear path for progression from day one.

The role is based in Basildon with full-time hours and a rewarding target-driven environment. You will begin with intensive learning at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, gaining hands-on experience and support to become a successful negotiator

As a Sales Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Basildon, you will receive:

• £28000 - £30,000OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
