haart Estate Agents in Stevenage is seeking a confident, ambitious Trainee Sales Negotiator. You’ll join a fast-paced team, receive full training, and build a career in property sales.

The role offers a £28,000 OTE with uncapped commission and structured training at the Learning & Development Centre, with progression opportunities and a strong support network. Key activities include marketing properties, arranging viewings, negotiating offers, and developing client relationships.

• Willingness to learn and develop in estate agency.

As a Sales Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Stevenage , you will receive:

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
