You will receive full training and ongoing support to build skills in property sales, with a focus on customer service and successful negotiations. As a Trainee, you will participate in our Learning & Development Centre and have a clear path for progression, including potential promotions within 12 months.

Overview

Trainee Sales Negotiator – Stevenage

Are you enthusiastic, motivated, and looking to build a successful career in estate agency? We are seeking a confident and ambitious Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our team in Stevenage. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for property, a strong customer-focused approach, and a desire to learn and develop within a fast-paced, rewarding industry. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you build the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

As a Sales Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Stevenage, you will receive:

• £28000OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
