You'll build relationships, close deals, and develop your estate agency expertise in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.

Your training starts at the Learning & Development Centre with industry experts, including a fully-paid hotel stay in Colchester, meals, and a pathway to promotion within 12 months, plus

As a Sales Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Braintree, you will receive:

• £28000 - £30,000OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
