Advanced Water Company is a specialist distributor in plumbing and heating, operating nationally in the UK. We are seeking a Trainee Sales Advisor to join the Internal Sales team, providing technical sales support to customers.

This role offers training to develop knowledge, with opportunities to progress in technical sales across the UK market. You’ll support customers by phone, email, WhatsApp and Live Chat, learn product identification, specification and basic fault diagnosis, and process

Qualifications

• Requires a degree or technical qualification or strong interest in developing technical career.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to support customers.
• Logical, problem-solving approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp and Live Chat.
• Understand requirements and recommend the right products.
• Develop technical knowledge across plumbing and heating products.
• Assist with product identification, specification and basic fault diagnosis.
• Process orders accurately using ERP system.
• Identify sales opportunities and pass leads to Area Sales team.
• Build relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to support growth.

We are looking for a Trainee Sales Advisor to join our Internal Sales team, providing technical sales support to customers across the UK plumbing and heating industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting customers by phone, email, WhatsApp and Live Chat
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending the right products
• Developing your technical knowledge across plumbing and heating products
• Assisting with product identification, specification and basic fault diagnosis
• Processing customer enquiries and orders accurately using our ERP system
• Identifying sales opportunities and passing leads to our Area Sales team
• Building strong relationships with customers and delivering an exceptional level of service
• Working closely with the wider sales team to support business growth
