SER Limited, a leading manufacturer in water treatment solutions, seeks an Internal Sales Executive to join our UK team in Buckinghamshire. You will drive sales growth by building strong relationships with contractors and building merchants, selling via telephone, and coordinating deliveries to regional orders.

This office-based role reports to the Regional Account Manager and involves quoting, CRM updates, and close collaboration with technical and commercial colleagues to meet ambitious

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, ideally B2B/technical.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a confident telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and merchants across the UK.
• Promote and sell water treatment products via telephone.
• Collaborate with the Regional Account Manager to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and issue accurate customer quotations.
• Coordinate deliveries for regional orders.
• Handle inbound customer enquiries, offering solutions and support.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Year-End Bonus

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join a growing UK team within a leading manufacturer of water treatment solutions for the building services industry.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth by building strong relationships with mechanical and electrical contractors and building merchants. This is an office-based position where you will work closely with the Regional Account Manager and internal departments to deliver excellent service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and merchants across the UK
• Promote and sell water treatment products via telephone
• Collaborate with the Regional Account Manager to meet and exceed sales targets
• Prepare and issue accurate customer quotations
• Coordinate deliveries for regional orders
