Pentagon Group is offering an apprenticeship as a Sales Administrator in Oldham. You’ll receive full training and work within our Sales Administration Department, with a clear path to NVQ qualification and a supportive team.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:30am–17:00pm, and comes with a comprehensive benefits package and development opportunities across the Pentagon Motor Group.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths grade C/4 is essential.
• Science-based subject is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork.

• Book V5s onto the computer system.
• Support teammates with other duties as needed.

What Will You Be Doing?

Your apprenticeship with Pentagon will be diverse and fast paced. As well as having regular meetings with your Apprenticeship provider and completing your course work, you will also be a fully fledged member of our Sales Administration Department. Our colleagues are also going to be with you every step of the way offering their knowledge and experience to help on your journey.

During your apprenticeship, you will learn to:

• Complete accurate and timely data entry tasks
• Invoicing vehicles
• Booking V5’s onto the computer system
• Assisting your team mates with other duties

The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 17:00pm.

Who Are We Looking for?

• Be self motivated with lots of enthusiasm
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to maintain positive relationships.
• Be able to follow instructions and processes and show high attention to detail
• Possess great organisation skills and the ability to prioritise
• Demonstrate a strong team player mentality
• A minimum grade C / 4 in English and Maths and preferably in a Science based subject.
