Pentagon Group is offering an apprenticeship to become a Sales Administrator with full training and NVQ qualification. The program includes a robust benefits package and a clear development path within the team.

You will work in the Sales Administration Department, handling data entry, record maintenance, invoicing, and general office duties while developing skills across the business. The role runs Monday to Friday, with standard office hours, and supports ongoing professional growth.

What Will You Be Doing?

Your apprenticeship with Pentagon will be diverse and fast paced. As well as having regular meetings with your Apprenticeship provider and completing your course work, you will also be a fully fledged member of our Sales Administration Department. Our colleagues are also going to be with you every step of the way offering their knowledge and experience to help on your journey.

The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:00pm.

Who Are We Looking for?

• Be self motivated with lots of enthusiasm
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to maintain positive relationships.
• Be able to follow instructions and processes and show high attention to detail
• Possess great organisation skills and the ability to prioritise
• Have good IT skills
• Demonstrate a strong team player mentality
• A minimum grade C / 4 in English and Maths and preferably in a Science based subject.
