Job Title: Trainee Revenue Manager

We are looking for a Trainee Revenue Manager to support our team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in revenue reporting and learning best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Revenue Management Strategies: Responsible for implementing overall revenue management strategies within the defined portfolio. Act as a subject matter expert to hotel teams, ensuring the current global corporate strategy is implemented effectively.
  2. Main Tasks: Deliver services according to contracted agreements, focusing on customer satisfaction. Create hotel-specific strategies to boost revenue and maximize KPIs. Use the C.A.D.R.E method—Collection, Analysis, Decision, Recommendation, and Evaluation—to ensure strategy implementation. Maintain revenue management systems and tools, and ensure planning and pricing are up-to-date for at least the next 405 days.
  3. Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors in terms of content, pricing, and strategy. Analyze market share data to outperform the hotel market.
  4. Forecasting: Initiate short- and long-term revenue forecasts, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
  5. Reports & Meetings: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Conduct meetings as per the service level of the hotel. Analyze special event periods to improve future results.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in the tourism industry
  • 2-4 years of experience in a rooms division position
