Our client is a market leader in the Surface Repair field, with exciting opportunities available for Trainee Repair Technicians to join their busy teams covering the Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex & Cambridgeshire areas.
This is a great opportunity to start a full-time, fully employed career where you will receive training to work with leading house & commercial builders repairing damaged surfaces, from baths to bricks and everything in between.
As a Trainee Repair Technician, you will receive specialist training in repairing and restoring surfaces such as stone, brick, marble, plastic, metal, ceramic, and enamel, along with resurfacing and restoration techniques. This role offers variety and the opportunity to learn a skilled trade.
You will be involved in repairing and restoring damaged property surfaces to their original condition.
For this role, you should be practical, good with your hands, eager to learn new skills, self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented. A keen eye for colour and a positive, proactive attitude are essential. You must be willing to undertake training and achieve an NVQ Level 2 qualification. Due to fleet insurance requirements, you need to be over 25 years old and hold a clean driving license.
