Trainee Repair Technician - Our client is a market leader in the Surface Repair field, with exciting opportunities available for Trainee Repair Technicians to join their busy teams covering the Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex & Cambridgeshire areas.

This is a great opportunity to start a full-time, fully employed career where you will receive training to work with leading house & commercial builders repairing damaged surfaces, from baths to bricks and everything in between.

Company Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: £25,376, increasing to £27,000 after training and probation.
• Holiday: 28 days paid holiday per annum, including Bank Holidays and Christmas shutdown.

About The Role:

As the Trainee Repair Technician, you will receive specialist training in various surface repair techniques, including stone, brick, marble, plastic, metal, ceramic, and enamel repairs, as well as resurfacing and restoration.

This role involves repairing and restoring property-damaged hard surfaces to their original condition.

About You:

Practical, good with your hands, eager to learn, self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, with a keen eye for detail and color, and a positive attitude. You should be prepared to undertake training and achieve an NVQ Level 2 qualification. Due to fleet insurance requirements, you must be over 25 years old and hold a clean driving license.
