Qualifications

• Support recruitment across clients and vacancies.
• Build genuine relationships with candidates to become partner of choice.
• Ensure candidates are well-informed throughout the journey.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post adverts across multiple platforms to attract applicants.
• Review candidate applications to match client requirements.
• Search for suitable candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and in-house database.
• Log all candidate and client activity in the CRM.
• Complete compliance checks (qualification, references, Right to Work, DBS/GDPR).
• Rewrite CVs to highlight top qualifications and submit for client review.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain high levels of communication and customer service.
