• Match candidates with job opportunities.
• Register candidates and keep records up to date.
• Advertise vacancies and attract new candidates.
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates.
• Use recruitment databases, job boards and other systems.
• Maintain a social media presence.
• Conduct RTW checks on workers.
• Support experienced consultants and learn daily.
