The role offers uncapped earnings with a base salary of £25,000 plus a starter allowance for the first six months, realistic first-year earnings around £35,000 and significant progression as you rise through the ranks.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, acting as a key partner between businesses and job seekers. You’ll be responsible for:

• Engaging with businesses to understand their hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions in European environments
• Driving revenue growth through strategic business development
• Sourcing top talent through headhunting, networking, and job boards (cold calling)
• Managing the interview and placement process, negotiating offers, and closing deals
• Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates to drive ongoing success
