Kinetic Recruitment in Newcastle is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Engineering, Manufacturing & Industrial team. You’ll start by learning recruitment from the candidate side, supported by experienced Consultants, with a structured training and Level 3 apprenticeship.

You don’t need prior recruitment experience; you’ll progress to client relationships, account management and a personal recruitment desk.

Qualifications

• No prior recruitment experience required; training provided.
• Structured development programme with Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to client needs.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Motivation to progress within recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Learn recruitment from the candidate side and support a client base.
• Search for candidates using various channels and interview prospects.
• Build candidate pipelines for regular vacancies.
• Match candidates to temporary and permanent roles.
• Develop relationships with candidates and clients.
• Support Consultants in fulfilling vacancies and learning clients' needs.
• Progress toward managing your own recruitment desk.
