More Driver Solutions in Swan Valley, Northampton is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team. You will service existing clients, manage the driving workforce, and fill temporary and permanent vacancies across our client base.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per year DOE plus commission, with 22 days holiday (plus birthday) and strong opportunities for professional development in a vibrant, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A valid driving licence.
