Kanvas Recruitment Group Ltd in Watford is seeking ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team. We’re focused on the Interior Design, Construction & Fit Out sectors, with regular exposure to Central London clients.

Experience isn’t essential. You’ll receive 1-to-1 training, mentorship, and clear progression as you build your own client and candidate network. The role offers £16,000–£20,000 basic salary with uncapped commission in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
