• Build and maintain your own candidate network.
• Develop knowledge of Construction & Fit Out market and roles.
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Support team with live vacancies and manage interview processes.
• Write job adverts and candidate profiles.
• Learn to qualify candidates and clients.
