Lawrence Dean Recruitment in Stevenage is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to win new client accounts and manage existing relationships, supporting job seekers to find roles that fit their needs and contributing to team targets. The Role

As a Recruitment consultant your role will be to win new new customer accounts as well as managing the accounts of our diverse clients and support them with their recruitment needs You will also help local job seekers find a job that suits their individual needs. You will work as part of a busy and passionate team working towards monthly and annual targets to ensure company growth and client success. An important part of this role will be new business development, where you will work with existing and potential customers through events, outbound calling, networking and account management.

About You

First and foremost you will be passionate about people and have experience in a sales environment. It is essential that you have experience working to targets, growing business and providing outstanding customer service. You also need to be driven and determined to be the best you possibly can be every single day! A reasonable ability in Maths and English are essential key skills.
