Job summary

STR Group, working as part of Navis, is recruiting for a graduate or sales-driven recruitment consultant on a global maritime desk focused on technical outfitting. You will join the Training Academy from day one to learn how to advise clients, build relationships, and develop a long-term, measurable impact across regions.

The role offers a basic salary of £25,000, rising to £26,000–£27,000 after successful completion of the Training Academy and achievement of targets, plus a commission

Basic Salary: £25,000 (increasing to £26,000 – £27,000 upon successful completion of the Training Academy and achievement of targets)

To help you transition into the role, new starters will receive a commission accelerator of up to £1,500 paid over the first 6 months to provide additional support while developing their pipeline and market knowledge.

This particular desk focuses on technical outfitting, working with clients internationally across complex maritime and marine engineering projects. You’ll operate in a global market, building specialist knowledge and long‑term relationships with clients and candidates across multiple regions.
