Job summary

Strive - GTM Talent Partner is expanding its Manchester team and seeking motivated people to start a career in recruitment. You will learn to source international sales talent, personalise outreach, and manage candidates through interview processes while supporting clients on hiring projects.

No prior recruitment experience is required. Strive offers a generous performance-based bonus up to 30% of revenue, unlimited holidays, overseas trips, a market-leading tech stack and a personal development
