What you’ll be doing:

• Taking part in a tailored one-month onboarding programme created by two top-performing recruitment leaders
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process: sourcing, screening, briefing, and closing
• Building relationships with some of the most exciting early-stage tech startups around the world
• Developing strong candidate and client networks within cutting-edge tech sectors

Candidate Requirements:

• Recent graduates from top universities (all degree backgrounds welcome)
• A naturally competitive mindset — experience in sport or high-performance environments is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Grit, resilience, and a drive to hit targets
• A growth mindset and genuine ambition to succeed
• Prior sales or recruitment experience is helpful but not essential
