What You'll Be Doing:

• Writing and advertising eye-catching job descriptions.
• Headhunting on LinkedIn and building networks like a pro.
• Interviewing and matching candidates with top-tier clients.
• Cold calling, winning new business, smashing targets.
• Growing your desk into a serious revenue-generating machine.

What We're Looking For:

• Grit, hustle, and a “get it done” attitude.
• Sales experience (retail, telesales, door-to-door – we love it all!).
• A confident communicator who’s not afraid of the phone.
• Resilience – you bounce back stronger every time.
