A leading recruitment firm in London is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to kick-start their career in recruitment. The role includes building relationships, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and supporting candidates throughout the process. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, motivation, and a positive attitude. Here's what to expect from your role as a trainee recruitment consultant:

• Time on the phone:You’ll spend a significant amount of time on the phone to build relationships, win new business (jobs), and identify candidates that fit those roles.
• Mastering LinkedIn:LinkedIn is a key platform for any recruiter, you’ll grow your network, build your personal brand, and be consistently outreaching to clients and candidates to build your pipeline.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle:You'll be sourcing candidates, guiding them through the interview process and supporting them as they start the new role. You'll also learn to handle client communication, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth hiring process for client and candidate.
• Highly organised:You’ll be writing job adverts, scheduling an coordinating interview process, and have to keep your application tracking system updated accurately - because the devil’s in the detail.

• Ideally 6 months of sales experience(the industry isn’t important, we’re keen to hear about your transferable skills).
