Recruitment Consultant
Next to the Space Centre, Leicester, Leicestershire
£24,000 starting salary. 4 opportunities for pay increases in year 1. On target earnings: Year 1- £32,000 Year 2-£45,000 Year 3- £60,000

Top earners earn over £100,000 within 4 years. Regular socials/teambuilding.

The Job..
Building a candidate pool - You’ll be speaking to 100’s of candidates every month to understand who’s who. Expect 60 outbound calls a day to start with, your job is to reach every candidate in your area.
Building a portfolio of clients – Prospecting every Manufacturer within your area who are hiring for Engineers. Selling in Engineers and our services. Expect a minimum of 50 outbound dials a day.
Filling vacancies. Through your candidate pool, our database, job adverts across all the major job boards.
Visiting clients – actually going inside the factory to understand the business, the processes, the kind of person they need.

It’s a target driven, heavily phone based role. It is extremely rewarding but it takes time, hard work, application etc.
