Job summary

Interaction Recruitment in the UK is seeking keen sales professionals to join our Driving Division and train to become Recruitment Consultants. You will be comfortable on the phone, enjoy the thrill of the chase, and be prepared for training that unlocks earning potential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or strong telesales background.
• Willingness to train as Recruitment Consultant for the Driving Division.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and candidates.
• Support the driving division with recruitment tasks and client development.
• Work towards achievable sales targets and earnings growth.
