IDrive Recruitment Ltd in Purley (Greater London) is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, focusing on HGV drivers. This role offers full training and support, so no previous recruitment experience is required, making it ideal for school leavers or career starters.

You will learn how to recruit drivers, build a candidate database, conduct calls, check compliance, and match drivers to client needs, while developing relationships with candidates and clients in a busy

Responsabilités

• Recruiting HGV drivers and building a strong candidate database.
• Speaking with candidates by phone and understanding their availability and experience.
• Advertising vacancies and attracting new drivers.
• Registering and completing compliance checks on new candidates.
• Matching suitable drivers to client requirements.
• Taking and filling driver bookings.
• Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Managing daily driver availability.
• Making outbound calls to candidates and clients.
• Working as part of a busy recruitment team.
• Providing excellent customer service to both clients and drivers.

About the Role
