Job summary

Pertemps is seeking a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the Basingstoke team. You will learn how to develop new business, source candidates, and build long-term client relationships under experienced mentors.

You will be trained through a structured program, with typical day-to-day activities on the phone and face-to-face, with opportunities to progress into a successful recruitment career within a supportive, national brand.

Qualifications

• Background in a customer-related role.
• Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong relationship-building and organisational skills.
• Ambition, resilience and a genuine drive to succeed.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities
