• Respond quickly to urgent and same-day bookings.
• Manage the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement.
• Maintain regular communication with drivers and clients.
• Work towards and exceed sales and recruitment targets.
• Keep CRM systems fully updated.
• Identify opportunities to increase business and develop existing accounts.

Location: Coventry

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission

OTE: £40,500+

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

We are looking for a Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Coventry branch and take ownership of a high-volume logistics and driving desk.

The Role

As a Driving Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for both winning new business and recruiting professional drivers for our clients across the logistics and transport sector.

You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, fill urgent driving vacancies and ensure a high level of service from initial enquiry through to placement.
