• Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and partnerships.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability for specific roles and client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide insights and advice to candidates and clients.
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs to drive business growth and success.
