The Job Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, youll source top tech talent through headhunting, cold calling, outreach, and targeted advertising. You'll quickly build specialist knowledge in your niche, allowing you to offer valuable market insights and hiring advice to clients. Acting as a trusted middleman, youll manage the full recruitment process - from identifying candidates and coordinating interviews, to negotiating offers - ensuring successful placements and earning commission along the way.

The Incentives Trainee Recruitment Consultant

This role offers a highly competitive rewards package, including a £28k base salary (rising to £32k within six months), uncapped commission of up to 50%, and realistic first-year earnings of £50k. You'll enjoy a range of incentives such as annual ski trips, luxury holidays to destinations like Barbados and Mykonos, and regular team socials.
