TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

The Client: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Founded by 2 friends that have been in the industry for 20 years, this firm is one of the leading recruitment firms in the finance space. Specialising in Private Equity, Hedge Funds and Investment Banking, they have built strong relationships with some of the top professionals in the UK and US markets. This is a very lucrative space, so you should be billing 6 figures early on in your career. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a great work ethic and strong communication skills to join their team with 3 other graduates in summer.

The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• 28k base salary with an increase to 30k once promoted
• 40% commission structure with no threshold
• OTE in year 1: 45k+; year 2: 60k+; year 3: 90k+
• Promotion target based, which is usually hit by 6 months
• WFH offered 1-2 days a week once promoted to consultant
• Hands on training from your managing directors and team leaders
• 2x holiday incentive trips a year to Ibiza or skiing
• In-office chef every Friday

• Sourcing your own clients and candidates, demonstrating youre an expert in your space and persuading them to work with you
• Become the middleman, organising interviews, relaying feedback and advising on interview techniques
• Negotiate the offer and fee size
