High Tech Hire Ltd is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to train and develop skills in sourcing, placing and managing a candidate pipeline for permanent and contract roles. After successful probation, there may be an opportunity to build your own client base using a 360 model.

You will learn the full recruitment lifecycle, advertise roles, screen candidates, arrange interviews, manage vacancies and negotiate offers while working toward personal KPIs in a supportive team environment.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained and supported to develop your skills in sourcing, placing and managing a candidate pipeline. Initially, you will play a key role in filling both permanent and contract roles. Upon successful pass of probation, you may be offered the opportunity to build your own client base, using a 360 model.
