We're growing our Maintenance Recruitment team in Leicester — and we're looking for someone at the start of their career who's ready to build something real. You'll work closely with an experienced Managing Consultant who has built a thriving client base, helping you develop existing relationships and learn to win new ones. Our structured training not only shows you what to do but coaches you until you're confident owning the full 360 recruitment process.

The Role and About You

Initially, you'll master candidate management and recruitment processes:

  • Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and our database.
  • Interviewing and assessing candidate suitability.
  • Managing candidates through every step of the recruitment journey.
  • Generating leads and tracking future opportunities.
  • Keeping our CRM system sharp and accurate.

Once you're ready, you'll progress to 360 recruitment responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with businesses and securing new clients.
  • Managing your own accounts and developing repeat business.
  • Advising clients and matching them with top engineering talent.
  • Running recruitment projects from start to finish — with reward in your commission.
We're Looking For Someone Who
  • Communicates confidently and builds rapport easily.
  • Is ambitious and thrives on targets that stretch them.
  • Stays organized and focused, even when things move fast.
  • May have B2B or B2C sales experience, but more importantly, has a hunger to succeed.
  • Has a high level of spoken and written English.
