We’re a collaborative, ambitious, award-winning team, looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our diverse team in Birmingham City Centre. Have you got future aspirations to work for a market leading recruitment agency? Are you sick of earning less money than people who don’t work as hard as you? A career in Recruitment could be the solution. You will get access to your own mentor, training from our in-house Learning and Development Manager, mental health support, lunch clubs, uncapped commission, and the opportunity to attend annual company holidays and incentives. Last year we went to Mexico! After 9 months, you'll also get access to flexitime, hybrid working, and eligibility for an additional bonus of £1,800 - £3,500. This is a full-time role, working Monday - Friday, from 8am - 5pm.

The salary for this role is £18,000 - £38,000 OTE.
