Role Responsibilities

• Develop market knowledge and become a sector expert in UK and European markets.
• Provide high-quality service to clients by matching the best candidates to their needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to grow your network and business.
• Advertise and build a social media presence to enhance personal branding.
• Create business strategies to target new key clients and develop a portfolio within your sector.
• Source new roles and develop sales skills alongside recruitment expertise.
