We're a Recruitment company operating in the Technology, IT, Pharmaceutical, Engineering, and Public Sector across the UK and EU. We have opened multiple offices, including Reading and Munich, and are expanding further.

The Role

As a 360 recruiter, you will develop market knowledge and become a sector expert. You will use this knowledge to provide high-quality, elite service to our clients, matching the best candidates to their needs. You'll have the tools and opportunities to grow your network and build relationships with clients and candidates, helping develop your business.

• Build a personal social media presence for advertising
• Become a specialist in a core UK and European market
• Create a business strategy to target new key clients
• Develop a portfolio of clients and candidates within your chosen sector
• Build candidate relationships and source new roles
• Enhance sales skills alongside recruitment knowledge

What can we offer you?

• Unlimited earning potential with an OTE of £35k-£40k in the first year due to our uncapped commission structure

• No previous recruitment experience required; full training will be provided by our Learning and Development team
