Aufgaben

• Speaking with potential candidates and building relationships over the phone.
• Searching databases, LinkedIn and other platforms to identify suitable candidates.
• Approaching and engaging people about new career opportunities.
• Understanding candidates’ experience, motivations and career goals.
• Using recruitment software and databases to manage candidate information.
• Supporting experienced consultants with live recruitment assignments.
• Taking on increasing responsibility as your knowledge and confidence develop.
• Progressing towards managing your own candidates, clients and recruitment desk.
