You will work under the Managing Quantity Surveyor, gain exposure to financial and project transactions, cost reporting, interim valuations, and site meetings.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have an understanding of the role of a QS and an analytical mindset.
• The candidate should be interested in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist Managing Quantity Surveyor with financial and project transactions.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and handle general commercial administration.
• Analyse project variations and prepare interim valuations and payments.
• Support cost reports and forecasts for final outcomes; attend site meetings as required.
• Assist with monthly cost reporting and variance commentary.
