Qualifications

• Graduate with interest in construction industry and QS role.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to develop through sponsored study and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Managing QS with financial transactions and project documentation.
• Prepare and maintain reports, schedules, and emails; handle communications.
• Analyze variations and claims; support interim valuations and payments.
• Provide cost reports and forecasts; monitor cost trends and variances.
• Attend site meetings with clients and contractors as required.
• Support Commercial and Sales teams with admin tasks and ad-hoc duties.
