We're currently seeking a Trainee Property Sales Surveyor to join our dedicated team at the Liverpool branch, covering Liverpool and the surrounding areas. If you enjoy managing your own schedule and solving unique customer problems in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Sales Surveyor Role

In this field-based role, you'll visit both new and existing customers to survey their properties and provide solutions to their property preservation issues. Daily travel is required, so comfort being on the move is essential. Providing excellent customer service is crucial to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
• Relevant experience within the construction, building maintenance or preservation industry is advantageous but not essential
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Background in retail or sales is advantageous for face-to-face customer interactions
• May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role
